At what temperature should the product be stored?

Answer: creamchills products are best stored at home unopened at -18º C (0º F). For extended storage up to the “best before” date, a temperature of -23º C (-10º F) or colder is recommended where possible.

How should I serve my creamchills products?

Answer: To deliver the best flavour and texture, most creamchills products should be allowed to soften slightly before serving. Allow your products to soften at room temperature for approximately 5 minutes, depending on the actual room temperature and temperature of your freezer

Can creamchills products be refrozen after they have been thawed?

Answer: No. Because we make creamchills products in the most natural way possible, creamchills products should not be refrozen if thawed. Product thawing and refreezing can create large ice crystals causing an undesirable grainy or gritty texture, and diminished quality.

How do I stop ice crystals from forming in the ice cream?
